Sports Carnivals & Inter School Sport

Rosehill has a four house system where students are allocated to either Sapphire (blue), Emerald (green), Ruby (red) or Diamond (yellow) house. The purpose of the house system is to build relationships between students across all year levels and to increase school spirit. Two sporting carnivals are held during each year, the swimming carnival in Term 1 and the athletics carnival in Term 3. The students who achieve the best results on both these days go on to represent the school at Western Zones and State competitions. There is also a variety of opportunities for students to represent the school in interschool sports. Some of these include cricket, tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, soccer and football.

Rosehill Secondary College is accredited under the Department of Education and Trainings CRICOS registration (CRICOS provider name and code: Department of Education and Training, 00861K).
